Kimberley’s family – Sydney family lifestyle photography

Kimberley and her family were about to leave their inner Sydney home, and move to regional NSW.  Before they set off on this amazing adventure, Kimberley wanted to have one last session in their home in Marrickville to remember it by.

We had an epic session at their home hanging out, doing all the stuff Kimberley and her family normally do together.  There was even a PlayDoh love story at the end (spoiler alert…Mr & Mrs Potato Head make-out!)

This is what life’s all about – the good stuff.  The moments in between.  The beautiful ordinary.

Enjoy the pictures, and then go out and do something today that makes you smile x

Larissa, Jeremy & Zach – Sydney Family Lifestyle Photography

This session for Larissa and her family was full of my favourite things to do – spend time together at home and then go for a little explore together outside.  As parents, it tends to be the little everyday things that slip through our memories as our children grow – feeding them, bathing them etc.  We all get caught up on the big moments, the milestones in our lives.  These are important, no doubt.  But I find it’s the quiet moments, the moments in between, that can sometimes be the most meaningful

Wow.  Seriously.  What a year 2017 has been!  It’s been my biggest year so far and with no signs of slowing and I have you guys to thank for that.

I’ve travelled to some insanely beautiful locations to shoot some pretty amazing people.  You’ve invited me into your lives to share in some of your giddying highs, and also some heart-breaking lows.

You are nothing short of AMAZING.  Thank you from the bottom of my over-flowing heart.

Here’s to a kick-arse 2018.  I hope you enjoy the highlights from the year that was xxx

Rachel & Lars’ Family – Sydney Newborn Family Lifestyle Photography

When Rachel contacted me, she was a little bit worried that their daughter might be “too old” for a newborn session, as she was already a couple of months old.   Not at all…not even a tiny bit too old!

That’s the beauty of lifestyle photography sessions – there is no right or wrong time to have them.  You have your session when the time is right for you and your family, I’ll be here to capture it for you x

Xudai, Mandy & Caden – Sydney Family Lifestyle Photography

Caden’s little brother or sister will be arriving soon, so Xudai & Mandy thought it would be the perfect time to capture their family as they are now – before all the excitement and change that a new baby in the family brings.

Life can sweep us along in it’s crazy current pretty quickly.  Sometimes we just need to take the time to pause for a second, so we can remember who we are right now <3

Genevieve & Shane’s Family – family lifestyle photography Sydney

We started out Genevieve and Shane’s family session at home – hanging out with the kids and playing games (something these guys love to do!).

Being Sydney and the last throws of Summer, the kids had a quick dip in the pool before we headed out for a wander around the local park.  It’s days like these I feel lucky to live in a coastal city like Sydney.

Cristy, Anthony, Alexander & Sienna – family lifestyle photography in Sydney

We really are insanely lucky in Sydney to have such amazing locations to explore, play and photograph in all over Sydney.  It was a fun super-cruisey afternoon hanging out in Rozelle with Anthony, Cristy & the kids – such a great connected family.

We even managed to sneak in a few special shots of Cristy & Anthony together at the end.  I think it’s really important to get time together as a couple….. even if it’s just for a few minutes.

I like being able to make that space for people 🙂

A bright Spring morning in the park with these beautiful people.

I love how connected Donna and her family are – you can see it in their faces.  You can feel it.

And you know, like all the good stuff in life, it’s all about the feels.
